Our pastry line expansion - Couverture

At the end of 2020, we launched a new complementary line of pastry products: Chocolate Bitter Flavor Couvertures under the Romex Brand. This launch allowed us to get closer to customers in the pastry industry, from small entrepreneurs to large industries.  For the third quarter of 2021 we will have a new launch of the White Chocolate Flavored Couverture.  Among its main benefits we find its excellent flavor, texture, shine and melting speed.  We are excited to continue providing comprehensive solutions for the pastry line and to continue reaching all the people who develop in this field.
