Romex has periodic and systematic trainings scheduled through all the year, in and out of campaign. This different training methods have a day scheduled right at the start of each year. This trainings are scheduled only for 5 years of contract farmers, this means we only provide this help to allies that have been with us through a minimum time lapse, they know who they are and that’s why we maintain our relations.

Romex owns various processing factories through out different parts of Peru. We have a supply chain that has strategic points, were we process our coffee and manage to fulfill clients export quotas. This strategic plan helps efficiency in our costs of storage and transport, as well as for our farmers, as the proximity is a key factor for them to sell.

Romex has flexible mechanisms; we help our key allies in the process of transporting raw material from their storage center all the way to our nearest collection point. This means, whether they have or don’t have the facilities, time or money in each specific scenario for them to transport the load, we make it happen.
